Golden Hill Suppliers reviewed and processed the relevant cadastral survey information for the two properties in Kazungula District. The survey data was used to accurately represent the position, dimensions, boundaries and areas of each property.

Survey Diagrams were subsequently prepared for the approximately 815-hectare and 667-hectare properties in accordance with the applicable cadastral requirements. The completed documentation provides the spatial and property information required for the properties to proceed with the relevant stages of title registration.

Project Description / Overview

Golden Hill Suppliers completed Survey Diagrams for two large properties measuring approximately 815 hectares and 667 hectares in Kazungula District, Southern Province, Zambia.

The assignment formed an important part of the property documentation and title registration process, providing clearly defined cadastral information for a combined area of approximately 1,482 hectares.

A Survey Diagram is an official cadastral plan prepared from survey information showing important details such as a property's position, dimensions, boundaries and area. It is a key component of formal land documentation and is commonly required during property registration and title processing.

For large farms, commercial properties, investment land and development projects, accurate survey documentation is particularly important. It helps establish clearly defined property boundaries, supports land administration and provides reliable spatial information for future planning, transactions and development.
