Service
Site Plan Preparation
Accurate site plans for development permits, statutory compliance and architectural planning.
A site plan sets out a property and everything proposed on it — buildings, access, services, boundaries and open space — in the measured form councils require before they will consider an application.
We survey the plot, confirm its extent against the registered boundaries, and prepare a drawing that meets the submission standards of the relevant local authority.
Preparing the plan early is usually cheaper than preparing it twice. It exposes setbacks, servitudes and site constraints while the design can still absorb them.

Frequently asked questions
What does the council need on a site plan?
Requirements vary by authority, but generally the parcel boundaries and dimensions, existing and proposed structures, setbacks, access, and services. We prepare to the standard of the council receiving the application.
Can you prepare a site plan without a survey?
Not reliably. A plan drawn from assumed boundaries is the most common reason submissions come back, so we survey the plot as part of the work.
How quickly can it be done?
For a typical residential plot, a few working days from site visit to drawing, assuming the boundary position is not in question.
