Service
Construction Consultancy
Technical advisory, quantity-surveying support and site supervision for residential and infrastructure work.
Construction consultancy covers the technical oversight a project needs between design and completion: checking that what is being built matches what was specified, and that what is being paid for was actually done.
We provide site supervision, quantity-surveying support, measurement for valuation, and technical advisory for clients who do not have that capacity in house.
Most construction disputes come down to an absence of records. Independent measurement and supervision produce the record while the work is still visible.

Frequently asked questions
Can you supervise a project you did not design?
Yes, and it is common. We work to the drawings and specification provided, and will flag anything in them that looks likely to cause trouble on site.
How often do you visit site?
It depends on the stage and value of the work. Critical stages warrant attendance; routine periods are usually covered by scheduled visits. We agree the frequency up front.
Do you certify payments?
We measure and report on progress so that payment can be assessed against work genuinely completed, within the terms of the contract in place.
